SMART360 Staff Training: General User (Mandatory)

Synopsis

This module is the mandatory training for all TQ Staff. The course has been designed to introduce TAFE Queensland staff to SMART360.General User Training will provide you with the foundation skillset you need to confidently and efficiently use SMART360.

Unit Overview

You will learn how to navigate and use the SMART360 system, report via the online portal or Roam app, understand your obligations and responsibilities and know where to locate help guides and other SMART resources.
