Synopsis

This unit is an introduction to Education Planning System (EPS) for all EPS Users.

Unit Overview

As a TAFE Queensland staff member, you may be required to use the Educational Planning System (EPS) to perform key functions in your role. These on-demand learning sessions are designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental concepts of EPS. For staff who use EPS more extensively, Role-Specific Training Sessions have been included to provide tailored support and advanced training.

By completing the introductory modules, you will establish a solid foundation in understanding the system, enabling you to navigate and use EPS effectively.

The EPS Connect training program belongs to a suite of EPS support tools, which include:

EPS Work Instructions: Step-by-step guides to key processes.

EPS Journey Maps: Visual workflows for understanding end-to-end EPS processes.

These resources can be accessed via the EPS SPOT Site and are linked throughout the training.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please ensure you use your TAFE Queensland Staff ID and password to enrol in these units. These are the same credentials    you use to log in to your work PC each day.

Enrolment in EPS Academy training does not grant automatic access to the EPS training or live environment.

• If access is required, submit a TAP request with manager approval unless you are already registered as an EPS user.
